Welcome to ABC 123 Children’s Resale. It is our pleasure to have you as a consignor/customer. We strive to have consignment shopping profitable for both you and ABC 123 Children’s Resale. Please note the following:
We accept new and gently worn infant, toddler, children’s , and junior clothing. All clothing must be clean, free of odors, stains, repairs needed, and any other signs of wear. All snaps, buttons, and zippers must be fastened and outfits put together neatly folded or layed flat together. Specialty Clothing must be ironed and on hangers. Please have clothing folded neatly in a box or a bin if possible with a cover and label it with your name or consignment number (under the cover of the bin or on the side of your box).
Baby equipment, furniture, and toys must have all its parts, have working batteries, and be in a clean and safe condition. Any items left without meeting those conditions may be returned, donated, or charged a battery and or cleaning fee for each item.
All consignments need an appointment. Clothing is limited to 25 pieces at a time. We accept spring / summer clothing from March thru June and fall / winter clothing from August thru November. Toys and Equipment are accepted year round on an as need basis.
During your appointment we will try to go through your items, if we are unable to please check back within 10 days to see if you have any unwanted items, any items left will be donated. If we call you to pick up any items or storage bins they need to be pick up within 7 days or they will be donated or become property of ABC 123.
Our consignment period is for 90 days. If you would like your items back you need to pick up your items before the 90 day period is up or it will become property of ABC 123 and may be sold, donated, or otherwise disposed of. You are responsible of keeping track how long your items have been here and due to limited resources we may ask you to locate your items on the racks and shelves.
Sale price will be established at the discretion of ABC 123. Your portion of the selling price is 50%. We reserve the right to have special promotional offers that may effect the sale price.
ABC 123 Children’s Resale will make every effort to sell you items during the 90 day period however makes no guarantee the items will sell.
ABC 123 is not responsible for damage or loss due to theft, fire, water damage, handling, breakage, ect.
Please come in between the 10th and 25th of the month for a payout, checks will not be issued from the 1st thru the 10thor the 26th thru the 31st. Payouts are made once per month. When you come in you will be paid for the previous months sales (Example: if you come in during the month of February you will be paid for all items that sold in the month of January). We do not mail checks. Any money not picked up after one year after the sale date will revert back to ABC 123.
If you have any changes to your phone number, address, or e-mail address please remember to update them with us when the change happens. You can e-mail us at abc123resale@verizon.net at anytime to report changes. If we cannot get a hold of you and have items to give back they will revert to store property.
